The following surveys were conducted in 2024 utilizing the Ferry Riders’ Opinion Group (FROG) survey panel made up of more than 30,000 ferry riders.
2024 WSF Winter Performance Survey
This survey was conducted from March 26, through April 16, 2024, and asked ferry riders for their input on WSF performance during the winter travel period (January through March 2024).
A presentation summarizing the findings was given to the Commission at its May 16, 2024 virtual meeting. For more details, please refer to the full report.
2024 WSF Summer Recreational & Performance Survey
This summer performance survey was conducted from September 25 through October 18, 2024, and asked ferry riders for their input on WSF performance during the summer travel period (June through September 2024).
Additionally, the on-board summer recreational portion of the survey was conducted from July 26 through August 29, 2024.
