The WSTC is considering different options for tolling the SR 509 and SR 167 Expressways.

Additional information about the different tolling options:
- Toll rates would vary by time of day and direction of travel to support traffic management. An additional $2 would be charged for drivers without a Good To Go! account. Rates are for vehicles with two axles such as passenger vehicles, delivery vans, and pick-up trucks.
- For both the SR 509 and SR 167 Expressway, if a per-axle multiplier is applied, vehicles with 3 or more axles would pay a toll rate that increases based on the number of the vehicle's axles. Vehicles with 3 or more axles include semi-trucks, vehicles towing a trailer, and large buses.

- Toll escalation would be subject to annual WSTC review and approval.
- Low-income residents within about 1 mile of the SR 509 completion project corridor would be eligible for 50% discount on the SR 509 Expressway.
