Puget Sound Gateway Toll Rates – ACTION

The Commission is advancing its rate setting process for the SR 509 and SR 167 Expressways. The first segments of the Expressways will open later this year. A briefing and rate setting overview will be provided along with an overview of public input received. The Commission is expected to select a toll rate proposal for further public comment. The Commission is expected to hold a final adoption hearing in June.

SR 167 Express Toll Lane Pay-By-Mail Rates – ACTION

The Commission is advancing its toll rate and policy setting process for the SR 167 Express Toll Lanes (ETL), with plans to extend the “Pay by Mail” option to this portion of the ETL corridor. A briefing will be provided on the changes under consideration, and the Commission is expected to select a proposal that will go out for further public comment. The Commission is expected to hold a final adoption hearing in June.
