The 2023 Washington State Legislature provided funding to carry out a scoping effort to determine how a future West Coast Transportation Network Plan could be developed between the three West Coast states.

An overview of the scoping study will be provided, along with a review of input gathered to date from representatives of the three state Departments of Transportation, the Federal Highway Administration, and other transportation agency leaders in California, Oregon, and Washington.
