Lake Washington Passenger Ferry System Update

A company involved in the largest mixed-use developments in east King County over the last three decades is planning to build and operate a network of water taxis, ferrying passengers between its Renton developments and the region’s top tech hubs by 2020.

Road Usage Charge (RUC) Assessment: Findings of the Pilot Project, Participant Surveys and Focus Group Results

Designating the Skookumchuck River Bridge on State Route 507 as the Regina Clark Memorial Bridge

Action
The commission will take action on House Joint Memorial 4007, which requests the commission to name a bridge to honor Petty Officer First Class Regina Clark, the first Lewis county resident to be killed in Iraq.

Road Usage Charge Assessment: Progress Report on WA RUC Steering Committee Findings to Date

This session will focus on how the WA RUC test system performed, including the tests with drivers from Oregon and British Columbia. The presentation also will review the issues the RUC steering committee has addressed, along with any preliminary recommendations, and provide a review of remaining issues to be addressed in the coming months.

City of Seattle Congestion Tolling Report

The City of Seattle recently completed an analysis of options to reduce congestion within the city, including tolling. The City will brief the commission on the report and next steps.
