GIG HARBOR – The Washington State Transportation Commission will hear from the Alaskan Way Viaduct Expert Review Panel next week as it presents its findings and recommendations for successful completion of the tunnel and realignment of State Route 99 through downtown Seattle.
The briefing is scheduled for 3 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, at the Gig Harbor Civic Center, Community Room A, 3510 Grandview, Gig Harbor.
The Expert Review Panel, appointed in September 2011 by the Governor and Legislature, reports annually on the Alaskan Way Viaduct Project’s assumptions for the project schedule, risk identification and management, and cost estimates. This is the third report by the panel.
