This meeting will be conducted as a conference call so if you would like to listen in as an audience member, you may do so by calling the number above and when prompted, enter the pin number above.

The Commission will not be taking public testimony or comment at this special meeting so please be advised that if you choose to join in on the call, we'd ask that you place your phone on "mute" so as to ensure there is no disruption to the meeting.
